The tango Project held its first-ever General meeting online on monday and tuesday, 22nd and 23rd april 2024.

The meeting was co-chaired by Andrea Passerini and Ronald Chenú Abente Acosta of University of Trento, TANGO’s project coordinator. Thirty-nine project members from all over Europe attended the virtual event, representing the 22 partner organisations. The TANGO Ethics Board members were also present and introduced themselves and their respective fields of expertise to the wider team.

The sessions involved in-depth discussions about TANGO’s progress to date and plans for what is to come as the project matures. Presentations were given across all aspects of the project, including technical specifications, ethical and legal requirements of the research, upcoming events and workshops, and our case studies.

We look forward to continuing collaborating closely with all partners virtually and advancing the innovations of the project.
