We are pleased to invite you to an upcoming webinar on Human–AI Collaboration, focusing on AI-Enabled Public Services: Building Resilience and Accountability. The session will take place on 30 April 2026, from 13:00 to 14:30 (CEST), and will be held online. Participation is free of charge.

As artificial intelligence becomes increasingly embedded in critical public domains—such as healthcare, urban mobility, and social protection—ensuring public trust, accountability, and system resilience is essential. This webinar will explore how AI-enabled public services can balance efficiency, regulatory compliance, and societal expectations, while embedding accountability and resilience by design.

The discussion will cover key themes including accountability by design (embedding traceability, transparency, and oversight into AI systems), socio-technical resilience (ensuring robustness and “graceful degradation” in critical infrastructures), practical approaches to operationalising the EU AI Act in high-risk and high-impact sectors, and inclusive deployment strategies that support citizen-centred AI and reduce social inequalities.

Speakers: Dr. Aristodemos Pnevmatikakis (novoville Ltd), Prof. Dr. Djordje Krivokapic (SHARE Foundation), Dr. Theofanis Fotis (trustilio B.V.), and Dr. Shaina Raza (Vector Institute).

This webinar is organised in collaboration with the HumAIne, TANGO, THEMIS 5.0, and AIXPERT projects, and is funded by the European Union.
