We are thrilled to announce the Trustworthy and Collaborative Artificial Intelligence (TCAI) Workshop, co-located with the Hybrid Human-Artificial Intelligence Conference (HHAI 2025) on June 9, 2025, in Pisa, Italy!

This workshop, organized by our TANGO project partners from the University of Trento, aims to explore the dynamic relationship between humans and AI systems, focusing on principles and practices that foster trustworthy, ethical, and effective human-AI collaboration.

As AI continues to influence decision-making, work environments, and society at large, it is essential to develop collaborative AI systems that enhance human capabilities while respecting transparency, trust, and ethical considerations. This workshop invites contributions that bridge the gap between machine intelligence and human understanding, covering topics such as explainability, AI alignment, hybrid decision-making, and human-AI interaction.

Topics of Interest

We welcome contributions that address, but are not limited to, the following topics:

• Cognitive, Ethical & Legal Aspects of Human-AI Interaction
• Human-AI Interaction Through Explanations

Submission Guidelines

We welcome three types of submissions:

✅ Full papers (10+ pages, presenting work-in-progress research and ideas)
✅ Short papers (5-9 pages, exploratory work or preliminary research)
✅ Published papers (non-archival, accepted at peer-reviewed venues)

Both full and short papers will be peer-reviewed and included in the workshop proceedings unless authors opt out. Published papers will be evaluated for relevance but will not be included in the proceedings.
